Field Representative
If you like people and can work on your own without direct
supervision, you could make a good GIS field representative. Our inspectors
live and work in their own territories. They are paid on a fee basis for the
inspections completed during the pay period. They are expected to schedule and
perform inspections assigned to them within a 2 week time period with the
exception of appointments, which must be arranged with the Insured. GIS will
provide full training in all of our surveys. Benefits for full time employees
include paid vacations, expense account, medical insurance, and a 401k plan.
Successful applicants will have a dependable automobile,
digital or 35mm camera, broad band internet access and daylight hours
available. They must be good at math, able to use maps and mapping software,
and be able to deal with all types of people. Full time employee inspectors
must have a computer with access to the web and a cell phone.
