What We Do
GIS was founded in 1996 to provide inspection services to
the insurance underwriting community. Our executive office is located in Fair
Lawn, New Jersey, which is just outside of New York City. We measure,
photograph and report objectively on construction, condition, maintenance,
hazards, protection, and estimated replacement cost of insured buildings. We
also provide interview surveys for market researchers and auto insurance
underwriters. All of our inspection reports pass through our quality review
department before being released. At GIS, our report quality and our turn
around time are guaranteed. Also, our reports are available on line.

Some friendly faces at GIS
We feel strongly that, as a service provider, we should not
have voice mail during office hours. When you call GIS, a courteous employee
who has been trained to help you always answers your call.
